Delivery Information

Brilliant Home Living delivers to almost any area in Australia. We use reputable and reliable third-party delivery companies. We dispatch orders the next business day after the purchase. Once your order is dispatched, the estimated delivery time is between 2 to 10 business days, depending on your city or region. Please consider any holidays that impact delivery times.

Tracking

You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number when we dispatch your order. To track your package, please visit the carrier's website.

Carrier Responsibility

Once the order is dispatched, we have no control over the delivery speed. Please refer to the carrier's SLA (Service Level Agreement) for delivery times.

Address Accuracy

The buyer is responsible for providing a correct and accurate delivery address. If the address is incorrect and the parcel is not delivered, we won't be responsible for the lost package. We will charge a "return to sender" postage fee in such cases.

Signature on Delivery

By default, your parcel requires a signature on delivery. Auspost will redirect it to the nearest post office if no one is at home. If you choose to allow Auspost to leave the parcel in a safe place, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Lost/Stolen Packages

Brilliant Home Living is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report it to your shipping carrier.
